How much time do I need for this program?

We wanted this to feel extremely doable within a busy schedule, so each video is between 10-18 minutes.

Do I need any equipment?

Nope. All you need is you. A yoga mat is optional.

I’m not flexible at all… will this still work for me?

Yes, this program is built for stiff, tight bodies that haven’t stretched in a while. No flexibility or prior mobility experience needed.

What if I’m already active? How would this benefit me?
